Condition of the land
The score, 0 to 100. 100 is land of its kind that people have left alone.
97 reads intact (96 and above). The range, 94 to 100, is where its two measures disagree; 67% of it stays intact. A site visit settles it.
This land is close to how land of its kind looks when people leave it alone. The work here is keeping it that way.
Read from two measures
How little people have changed it, from roads and buildings to fields and lights.
How much of it is not fields, buildings, or missing the forest it would carry.
The score sits between the two.
Trees now 98%. Left alone, about 54%.
Read from orbit and public records, as a reason to go and look. It is not a certificate, an appraisal or a ruling on this land or the people who work it.
