Refund policy

Every payment for TERRA Pro or TERRA Data Room, monthly or yearly, can be refunded in full within 14 days of the payment. No reason is needed.

  1. 01How to ask

    Write to connect@dearwise.earth from the email you paid with, or reply to your payment receipt, within 14 days of the payment.

  2. 02How it is paid back

    Refunds are made by Paddle.com, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order, to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.

  3. 03Cancelling

    Cancelling stops the next payment. You can cancel any time from your account page, and the plan stays open to the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling and a refund are separate: to have a payment returned, ask as above.
